Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by You

60 days or less before convention cancelation, full fee is refundable.

30 days or less before convention cancellation, entitles you to 50% refund of convention costs

15 days or less before convention cancellation, no refund

Cancellation/changes by us

We are not responsible for cancellation due to unforeseen events that are beyond our control. In the unlikely event of the Convention being cancelled by us, all monies paid will be refunded. That is the limit of our liability. We also limit our liability for changes in our speaker presentations, due to unforeseen illness or death of a speaker we will make every effort to have classes taught by a competent replacement. We are not responsible for any expenses you incur including non-refundable airline tickets or any other costs.
